CoffeeBreak: Jana Oehlerking (representative for Young Perspectives and climate activist) speaks with Arne Vogelgesang.
Topic: Climate crisis and theater - between apocalypse and utopia

Arne Vogelgesang studied directing at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna and is a founding member of the theater label "internil" (Berlin). Since 2005 he has been doing independent theater work under this and his own name. Arne Vogelgesang experiments with different combinations of documentary material, new media and performance. His thematic focuses are: political radicalization, deviant practices and digitalization of the human. He also works in the field of cultural and political education and is active as an author. His youth theater piece "Es ist zu spät" ("It's too late")(cooperation of internil and Theaterdiscounter Berlin (Monologfestival) was invited to the festival AUGENBLICK MAL! in 2021.

CoffeeBreak: Stephanie Zurstegge (scenography, AUGENBLICK MAL! 2023) speaks with Christine Ruynat.
Topic: Theater and Sustainability

Christine Ruynat graduated in stage and costume design from 2011 to 2017 at the Dresden University of Fine Arts. She worked as a set designer and assistant at the Staatsschauspiel Dresden, Schauspiel Köln and Maxim Gorki Theater Berlin among others. Since 2019, she has been working as a freelance stage and costume designer, for example for Schauspiel Köln, Deutsche Oper Berlin and Stadttheater Gießen. She has also been working with the Rimini Protokoll team since 2021. Since 2021 she is a member of the Szenografie-Bund e.V. and the Genossenschaft deutscher Bühnenangehörige (Guild of the German Stage). In the context of the working group Sustainability of the Szenografie-Bund, Christine Ruynat was co-editor of the publication "Die Grüne Bühne - Leitfaden für nachhaltiges Entwerfen und Produzieren in Bühne und Kostüm" (The Green Stage - Guidelines for Sustainable Design and Production in Stage and Costume) in May 2022. Since 2022, she has been a member and part of the Performing for Future - Sustainability in the Performing Arts network and is actively engaged in the sustainable transformation of the performing arts industry.

CoffeeBreak: Anne-Sophie Garthe (Project Manager Documentation and Digitization, KJTZ) speaks with Christine Henniger.
Topic: Moving bodies, moving archive

Christine Henniger studied philosophy and linguistics at Humboldt University in Berlin and was a DAAD scholarship holder in St. Petersburg and Uppsala. In 2014 she took over the project management for the ITI side program at the festival "Theater der Welt". For the project "Performing the Archive" she became a research assistant in 2015 and was co-editor of the same study, alongside Henning Fülle and Wolfgang Schneider. Today, Christine Henniger is project manager of the media library for dance and theater at the International Theater Institute Germany (Kunstquartier Bethanien, Berlin) and advises, evaluates, and coordinates ongoing archive and digitization projects in the field of the independent performing arts, among others. Furthermore, she is actively involved in the realization of the project, now funded by the federal and state governments, to establish a digital archive for the independent performing arts.

Coffee Break: Gabriela Mayungu (Diversity Development Officer, KJTZ) speaks with Céline Bartholomaeus.
Topic: Where do I actually get in and out of there?

Céline Bartholomaeus studied art in action and art sciences at the University of Fine Arts (HBK) in Braunschweig. As co-founder and chairwoman of Amo-Braunschweig Postkolonial e. V., she combines her artistic practice with discourses critical of racism and power. From 2017 to 2022 she worked at the Staatstheater Braunschweig as a theater mediator with a focus on "intersectionality & diversity" and as a project manager for "Theater in die Schule". As a freelance theater educator and educational consultant, she has been realizing artistic projects and productions since 2013 with a focus on empowerment for BIPOC, criticism of racism and political education. In May 2023 she will take over the co-program planning of "SPURENSUCHE - das Arbeitstreffen der Freien Kinder- und Jugendtheater". In addition, she is a guest dramaturge at the Staatstheater Darmstadt in 2023.

Coffee Break: Gerd Taube (director of the KJTZ and artistic director of AUGENBLICK MAL! 2025) speaks with Stefanie Lesovsky.
Topic: Cultural policy for young audiences

Stefanie Lesovsky studied dramaturgy at Ludwig- Maximilians University Munich and August Everding Theater Academy from 2013 to 2016. From 2017 to 2019, she worked as a dramaturge for music and dance theater at the JUNGEN! Staatstheater Braunschweig and since 2019 she is working as a freelance dramaturg (with a focus on interdisciplinary sound and movement art) and production manager. Most recently, she was production manager for the theater festivals HART AM WIND 2020 and AUGENBLICK MAL! 2021. For the ongoing federal funding program "NEUSTART KULTUR –Junges Publikum" in the field of children's and youth theater, she took over project management in 2020.
